How do you spend your days? I am the founder & designer for LA made and based fashion brand DONNI.

What does a typical work day look like for you? Never the same. I have office days where I am usually in meetings and collaborating with my team. And home days where I get my work done!Where is your office located? DTLA! Our office is 10-15 min from all of our knitters, dye houses, cutters and sewers.

How do you keep track of your to-do list? Very timely question as I just revamped my organization system, needed something new to keep me on track!!! Beyond a new pen and notebook (which always does the trick) I am doing a daily sticky note layered on top of my to-do list with my urgent items that must get done that day. So far it’s working. Wish me luck it continues.

Daily work uniform, head to toe? Always DONNI. Always vintage. Always comfortable. Always good shoes. Usually jewelry and accessories.Must-have item in your work bag? Chapstick, headphones, hand sanitizer, notebook, current swatches.Most productive time of day for you? Early am before anyone wakes up!Name one thing that is always on your desk: Fabric swatches

Top tip for entrepreneurs: Stay true to you/your vision. Lots of opinions, feedback and noise around. Ultimately, you must have resilience if you are building something, there are many obstacles and setbacks. If you are staying true to your vision it’s easy to bounce back and try again.What’s something you do outside of work just for yourself? Walk my dog.
