How do you spend your days? I’m the owner/designer of OZMA.
What does a typical work day look like for you? Things change a lot depending on the moment in a season we’re in. Right now I’m doing some invites for an upcoming event in the studio / and some fabric development & sketches for next fall. If it's nice outside you’ll find me on the patio of our studio - being in fresh air is my happy place.
Where is your office located? Elysian Valley aka Frogtown next to the LA River
Daily work uniform, head to toe? OZMA Field Pants & a raw silk tee with an OZMA sweater on top.
Must-have item in your work bag? A packed lunch from home.
Most productive time of day for you? Before noon.
Favorite part of having your own business? Most challenging part? Favorite part is that I get to make my own rules. Most challenging part is having to always be on.
Biggest challenge juggling motherhood & work? Time.
Favorite mid-afternoon pick me up during a day in the office? TJs Peanut Butter Pretzels

Top tip(s) for entrepreneurs: Be clear about why you want to start your business so that all of your decisions will have a north star. 
What’s something you do outside of work just for yourself? Wine dates or hikes with girlfriends, working out, surfing
